Petey is a tiny survivor with the biggest heart. This sweet little boys believed to be around 2 to 2 1/2 months old and appears to be a pit mix puppy. He’s currently getting his puppy vaccines and is already winning everyone over with his loving personality. PD is very vocal- he definitely has opinion and isn’t afraid to share them- but underneath all that puppy chatter is one of the sweetest babies you will ever meet. He absolutely loves people, gets along great with other dogs and even cats, and he’s happiest when he’s playing with toys are soaking up attention. This smart little guy is lease trained and is doing well with potty training as long as he’s taken outside regularly. Petey’s story started with heartbreak. Two young adults, found him wandering through a field and brought him to pet savers. When he arrived., he was in terrible condition- severely infested with fleas, skin, and bones, dehydrated, and very anemic. He immediately gobbled up food and water like he hadn’t had a good meal in far too long. Because he was so weak when he was rescued, he still learning to fully keep his balance and regain his strength. But despite everything he’s been through, Petey remains full of love, trust and puppy joy. He deserves a family who will show him what safety comfort and unconditional love truly feels like.
